The Company established partnerships with SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS, SAMSUNG ELECTRO-MECHANICS, SAMSUNG SDI, AMD, AUK, Fairchild Semiconductor and others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had one affiliate company. The Company was established on 27 June 1990. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on 23 May 2000.
