The Company is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the provision of communication equipment. The Company provides its products under three main categories: marine communication equipment, navigation equipment and defense equipment. Its marine communication equipment consists of global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS) devices, including high frequency (HF) transmitters and receivers, emergency position indication radio beacon (EPIRB) devices and others; general equipment such as single-sideband (SSB) receivers and very high frequency (VHF) receivers, and automatic identification systems (AISs). Its navigation equipment includes global positioning system (GPS) plotters, marine radar equipment, weather facsimile receivers, auto-receiving devices and others. Its defense equipment includes shortwave communication systems. The Company also provides other equipment such as auto-steering equipments, fish-finder devices and others. The Company was established on February 6, 1995. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on January 21, 2003.
