The Company operates its business under three segments: lead on chip (LOC), printed circuit board (PCB) and equipment. Its LOC segment processes LOCs, flexible flat cables (FFCs) and integrated circuits (ICs) used as semiconductor parts. Its PCB segment provides ball grid arrays (BGAs) analysis and test services. Its equipment segment provides LOC, BGA and other semiconductor processing and testing equipment. The Company was established on April 1, 1997. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on December 18, 2001.
