The Company is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of energy saving, automated processing and environmental plant. The Company s energy saving plant includes evaporation, drying, distillation and crystallization plant, which are used in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Its automated processing plant includes beverage processing plant, dairy product processing plant, conveying and dissolving plant, sterilization plant and aseptic tank, cleaning-in-place (CIP), filling and packaging plant, solid dosage process plant and others. The Company also provides environmental plant consisting of waste water treatment plant, odor removal plant, denitrification plant and water reuse plant, which are used in food, paper, chemical, leather and starch sugar manufacturing industry. The Company was established on January 12, 1995. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on July 18, 2008.
