The Company is engaged into two segments media production segment and Investment segment.
The Company is engaged in the provision of technology and multimedia solutions in Kuwait. The Company offers its services through eight segments, namely Digital Tape Wash offers film preservation, archiving, storage and film transfer; Multimedia Consultancy provides consultancy and advisory services targeting multimedia, telecommunication and information technology (IT)sectors, Studio Broadcast operates studios and broadcasting facilities, Satellite Radio WorldSpace provides satellite and radio services; Advertising offers advertising, publicity and market research and analysis services, Distribution holds exclusive rights to distribute feature films and programs to broadcasters in the Middle East through contracts, Event Management offers event management organization services, and Production offers a range of non-linear audio/video editing, color correction and effects and video dubbing services.
The company is a Kuwaiti Shareholding company established on February 12, 1997 to be licensed as an interactive multi-channel television operator with the provision of delivering other services in Kuwait and the region.

The company went public through an initial public offering of its stocks on January 19, 2002. The company s shares are traded in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
On 1 May 2005, and according to Amiri Decree No. 87 of 2005, the objective of the Company were amended to be as follows: Construct and manage Satellite TV Stations, Reception and Broadcasting of Satellite TV Stations to its subscribers against periodical fees, Import, Export and Trade in the Equipments which support the Company s objectives, Construct Buildings and maintenance of workshops, which support the Company s objectives, Advertising in the line of Company s activities, Broadcasting Programs and Films. The Company is rolling out its business inside and outside Kuwait. The Company can join other companies that support the achievement of the Company s objectives, Construction or joining with others to construct wire and wireless networks which support Broadcasting activities, Utilizing financial surplus through investing in financial funds and portfolios managed by specialists, Rendering media consultation and advertising (provided that the required conditions are fulfilled by the parties), Specialize with all the world companies for any Studio, OB Vans and other facilities for the best System Integration, The Company owns and operates 500 sq. meters Studio with complete Editing facilitie, The Company is the leading company in Film Refurbishment, Archiving, Film Transfer and Storage, The Company bought all the shares of Desert Door Productions on 21st July 2010.
The Company changed its legal form from kuwait cable vision sas to kuwait cable vision company kpsc.
On 28 July 2020,the company suspended due to not publish financial statement of year end 2019 not paid annual fees for 2019 2020
The Company delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 24 December 2020
