Joint-Stock Company “Kazakhstan sustainability fund” (hereinafter – JSC “KSF”) was registered with the justice authorities on September 11, 2017. The sole shareholder of JSC “KSF” is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main objectives of the Company s activities are to promote the financial stability of the banking sector through financial support for second-tier banks, to participate in ensuring the availability of mortgage housing loans, rental housing, to implement the mechanism for refinancing mortgage housing loans (mortgage loans), in the lending mechanism for priority projects, in implementing measures to reduce the debt burden of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
