In 2013 the Company Capital Hotels AO was renamed to Manhattan Residence AO. The company was registered in 2006. Main activity at the time of registration was investment on the securities market and the real estate market, as well as financial investment activities - investment of money in stocks, bonds and mutual funds. The largest specific weight in the structure of revenues of the issuer held the income received from operations with securities. The portfolio of the issuer s mainly consisted of securities of corporate issuers. In September 2010, the Board of directors decided to diversify the business. Currently, the main activity of the Company is the development of a hotel network in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the investment in the companies rendering hotel services, as well as in shopping centers. In March 2016 the company was renamed to Chinatown AO.
