-2008: The Company was re-registered on September 15, 2008 under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007.
-2019: The Company was converted to a Public Company on March 29, 2019.
-2025: The Company was listed on Novomber 19, 2025 on Colombo Stock Exchange.
-2026: The Company s name was changed from J.F. Packaging Limited to J.F. Packaging PLC on January 9, 2026.
