The Company drives different expertise and growth to become an integrated pan-African group since 25 years of its establishment. The Company structured around two main areas of expertise: agriculture that boats the activities of (irrigation, solar, plant protection, and water infrastructure), drinking water supply, and sanitation.
The Company driven by a vision and a precise strategy that enables us to record a business growth of +20 each year. The Company have started expanding our expertise and excellence to the African continent since 2017 by investing in major projects in Mauritania, Niger, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Mali. This internationalization accelerated in 2020 when a subsidiary in Senegal was created.
As a regional irrigation leader; CMGP Group has actively contributed to the development of irrigation in Morocco as it remains subject to significant water shortage.
The Company have integrated the CSR as one of our foundations for our strategy and management, especially the environmental and social challenges and issues. This approach was successively crowned by obtaining the CGEM CSR Label in 2017, the ISO 26000 assessment in 2019, and the CSR Engage Label with a good score in 2020.
The Company was established on August 29,2018.
The Company was listed on Casablanca Stock Exchange on December 16,2024.

1993 • Creation of SICDA, an entity specializing in the production of PE pipes for irrigation.
1995 • Creation of CMGP SA, an entity specializing in “drip” irrigation
2004 • Start of production of PVC pipes dedicated to irrigation by SICDA
2005-2009 • Development of the commercial network with the successive opening of 4 new commercial agencies: Kenitra, Moulay Bouselham, Guercif and Meknes.
2008 • Strengthening of the IT infrastructure with the deployment of the ERP (Sage X3).
2010 • Entry into the public procurement segment for upgrading water distribution and irrigation network infrastructure on behalf of the Regional Offices for Agricultural Development (ORMVA)
2013 • Inauguration of the new headquarters in the Sapino industrial zone (formerly in Belvedere)
2014 • Acquisition of SICDA by CMGP SA
2015
• Entry of the North Africa Fund investment fund into the capital of CMGP
• Start of production of PVC pipes for sanitation and drinking water supply by SICDA
2016 • Entry into the Senegalese market via the creation of CMGP CAS Senegal (formerly CMGP Senegal)
2017 • Completion of a first large-scale irrigation project in Mauritania.
2018
• Entry of the DPI investment fund into the capital of CMGP up to 80.55 via ADP II Holding 10 Morocco and total exit of the North Africa Fund40 fund from the capital of CMGP
• Entry of the CMGP group into the phytosanitary products market through the acquisition of PHILEA
2019 • Start of the diversification of activities through the launch of an activity dedicated to solar energy
2020 • Start of operation of the subsidiary CMGP CAS Senegal (formerly CMGP Senegal)
• Start of production of double-walled HDPE pipes for liquid sanitation by SICDA.
2021
• ADP II Holding 10 Morocco SARL-AU has changed its corporate name to become the holding company CMGP Group
• Transformation of the company CMGP Group SARL into a Public Limited Company with a Board of Directors
• Acquisition by CAS of 51 of the capital of PROCESS and 85.3 of the capital of AGRIVAL to increase its stake to 100 in these 2 entities
• Acquisition of 100 of the capital of CAS by CMGP Group, 90 of which is held indirectly through CMGP SA
• Contribution of CMGP SA shares held by Youssef Moamah and CAS shares held by Jacques Alleon to CMGP Group
• Entry of AfricInvest into the capital of CMGP Group up to 21.5 via
two investment vehicles: Africa Agriculture and MPEF IV

• Entry of FIPAR-Holding into the capital of CMGP Group, which has acquired a minority stake of 14.8 of the capital
• Acquisition of the Delta Irrigation group
• Launch of the activity dedicated to water treatment.
• Creation of CMGP Africa, a holding company to hold the Group's African subsidiaries and obtaining the Casablanca Finance City Label
2023
• Creation of the subsidiaries CMGP CAS Mauritania and CMGP CAS Ghana,constituting a new key step in the Group's expansion in Africa
• Structuring of the Group's activities around 4 Business Units: “Retail”, “Project”, “Industry” and “International”
• Signing of a financing agreement between CMGP SA, BCP and IFC, based on a risk-sharing mechanism (RSF) for an amount of 36 MUSD41
2024
• Acquisition of 30 of the capital42 of AGROSEM (Agrofourniture Semences SARL), a Moroccan company specializing in seed distribution
• Start of operation of the African subsidiaries: CMGP CAS Mauritania and CMGP CAS Ghana
• CMGP Africa obtains ISO 9001 certification
• Start of operation of an industrial unit in Jorf Lasfar, dedicated to the packaging and processing of fertilizers (nitrogen, NPK, phosphoric and sulfuric acids)
• Opening of two new sales agencies (Errachidia and Marrakech).
