The Company will also trade in ferrous and non-ferrous metals in international markets as well as build metal trading platforms and expand geographically in more parts of Africa, Asia and Europe. Neither the Company nor its subsidiaries hold any trademarks, patents or other intellectual or industrial property rights, which are material in relation to the Group s business or profitability. It is also looking to explore options into mining activities in Africa.
