Accel, S.A.B. DE C.V. (Mexico)

Accel S.A de C.V arises from the division of Grupo Chihuahua in 1991. It is a group of companies engaged in providing warehousing services, logistics and distribution, as well as manufacturing of candy and providing real estate services. It consists of two main divisions: First, a logistics division that offers solutions in the handling of goods in both dry and refrigerated warehouses, providing inventory management services, cargo consolidation and deconsolidation, cross docking, pick and pack, distribution and commercialization services. It has approximately 180.000 m2, dedicated to warehousing and distribution, of which approximately 25,000 m2 are for freezing and cooling, with nationwide presence. Almacenadora consists mainly of Almacenadora Accel S.A. (Almaccel), Accel Distribución S.A. de C.V, (ADI), Accel Comercial, S.A de CV (ACO) and Corporativo de Negocios de comercio Exterior S.A. de CV (Corporativo). Its manufacturing division consists of Elamex S.A. de C.V. a company with manufacturing operations and real estate in Mexico and the United States. It participates in the production processes, packaging, distribution and sale of candies and nuts.
