Fibra Plus (Mexico)

Fibra Plus, incorporated in 2016, is a Mexican real estate investment trust (FIBRA) headquartered at Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México. It is the first FIBRA in Mexico with an internally managed structure, designed to integrate the entire real estate value chain, including acquisition, development, administration, and leasing of properties. Fibra Plus is listed on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) under the ticker FPLUS. Its ownership is represented through Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (CBFIs), with 634.6 million CBFIs in circulation as of December 31, 2024. The trust operates under Fideicomiso F/1110, with Banco Azteca as fiduciary. Fibra Plus’s most important assets include shopping centers, office buildings, and mixed-use properties, such as Espacio Condesa, Plaza Metropolitana Salina Cruz, Manzanillo, Capitolio Satélite, and office complexes like Torre Premier Villahermosa and Elite Acueducto. Its most recognizable brand is Fibra Plus, associated with innovation and transparency in real estate investment.
