Megacable Holdings, S.A.B. de C.V., founded in 1978 and headquartered in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. Originally launched as “Cable TV” in Sinaloa and Sonora, the company expanded rapidly, acquiring a concession in Guadalajara in 1992 and rebranding as Megacable in 1995.
