INTI Universal Holdings Berhad (Malaysia)

INTI is principally engaged in investment holding, whilst the principal activities of the subsidiaries are investment holding and provision of management advisory services, managing a college for higher education, designing and development of software solutions, distribution of ICT hardware. INTI is primarily engaged in the education business. It is also in the provision of information technology, seminar and management services. Through its main subsidiary, Inti Higher Learning Centre Sdn Bhd, provides affordable tertiary education through advanced standing or twinning programmes with overseas universities. INTI first oversea programme is the American University programme, commenced since April 1987 till present. Then followed by the offer of twining and advanced standing programmes with universities in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. INTI is further granted the approval by the education ministry to offer the 3+0 Degree Programme conduct by both INTI College Malaysia and INTI College Sarawak. Besides the Subang Jaya college, INTI operates colleges in Bandar Baru Nilai, Kuching, Penang and Kota Kinabalu. It also has other colleges in the region, such as in Thailand, named Theresa INTI College, Bangkok and as well in Jakarta named INTI College Indonesia.
