History:
2011 : The Company (Previously known as Jalvidyut Lagani Tatha Vikas Company Limited) is a public limited company on 11 July 2011.
2016 : The Company was listed on Nepal Stock Exchange on 10 July 2016.
2018 : The Company started its operations from and changed it s name to (HYDROELECTRICITY INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED) on 25 December 2018.
