Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal. Kisan Microfinance and Divya Laghubitta merged with NRN Laghubitta, and the joint transaction of the three companies began on July 13, 2020. The company was officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange on September 6, 2020. The company changed its name from NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on January 3, 2021. Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. was incorporated as a public limited company with registration no. 206976/2075/76 on January 21, 2019, under the Companies Act 2063 and registered with the Inland Revenue Department under registration number 606583110 (PAN).
