The Company is a pure microfinance institutions registered on 2nd Sep 2012 as microfinance public limited company.It started its formal operation on 16th May 2013 after taking license for D class microfinance bank from NRB. But the institution take over the MCDC NGO s microfinance program, assets, liabilities and staffs and continue its program as microfinance institutions from 15th june 2013 formaly.
The Company is listed in Nepal Stock Exchange on August 21, 2017.
