1999:The company has developed and has been operating the 7.5 MW lndrawati Hydro Power Project in Sindhupalchowk district since 1999. The Company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA)
2003:The Company was quoted on Nepal Stock Exchange in July 2, 2003.
