Mission:
Ridi Power Company Limited has undertaken and purchased all the shares of Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited in 2013 AD and management of the company has been done by Ridi Hydropower. Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited has constructed and operating a 500kW Rairang Small Hydropower Project since 2005 AD and 9900kW Iwakhola Project since 2020 AD. The Company has invested Rs. 14 crore in Iwakhola Project that will earn additional profits from this investment
History.
2001 : The Company is established in 11 March 2001 as a private limited company.
2008 : The Company is converted into public on 8 April 2008.
2014 : The Company listed on Nepal Stock exchange on 7 June 2014.
2022 : The Company successfully merged with Hydropower Development Company Limited and commenced its joint transactions in the name of Ridi Power Company Limited on 8 August 2022.
