Vision Lumbini Urja Company Ltd. (Nepal)

The Company s principal objective is development and generation of hydroelectricity.
The Company s abjectives:
(a) To construct Setini Nadi Hydropower (25 MW generation, transmission and distribution) and other projects (hydro, solar, wind and Biomas) as well as to invest in shares and take loans or invest in such projects.
(b) To invest through banks and financial institutions for hydropower generation and distribution projects.
(c) To invest in bonds, debentures etc. issued by hydropower projects.
(d) To enhance the efficiency of technical manpower for technical evaluation of hydropower projects.
(e) To raise investment in hydropower generation, transmission and distribution projects under its ownership.
(f) To receive investment and grants from domestic and foreign individuals and organizations in energy generation, transmission and distribution projects.
(g) To construct various structures and transmission and distribution lines of power projects and to operate and maintain substations.
(h) To coordinate and collaborate with other similar organizations.
(i) To produce renewable energy, other sectors (solar wind, biomass, etc.) to work.

2018:The Company was incorporated on 12 October 2018.
2023:The Company listed in Nepal Stock exchange on 20 December 2023.
