Arabia Falcon Insurance, formerly Falcon Insurance Company, was incorporated on 29th June 2005 as a closely held Omani joint stock company in the Sultane of Oman and is primarily engaged in the underwriting of general insurance business within the Sultane of Oman. In 2017 the company acquired the business, assets and liabilities of Oman branches of Arabia Insurance Company. Subsequent to this acquisition, the name of the company has been changed to Arabia Falcon Insurance.
