Chimu Agropecuaria S.A. (Peru)

The company was founded in 1985 under the name Chimu Agropecuaria SA, together with the nine companies which were created more of the same shareholder groups, all engaged in the business of poultry production and marketing of poultry for human consumption and related activities. During the period 1992-1994 is made a merger of the ten existing companies, consolidating Chimu Agropecuaria SA as the acquiring company of all others. Later in 2004 the name was changed to Chimu Agropecuaria S.A. The company currently serves markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, Cajamarca, La Libertad, Ancash, Lima and others where its products are consumed in restaurant chains such as Roky's, Norky's, Pardo's Chicken, KFC, Chiken King, Chifas and are available in major supermarkets as Tottus, Cossto and others as well as in their own stores of Trujillo and Piura.
