The company’s projects are designed to contribute clean energy generation capacity to the national grid and support the transition to sustainable power sources in the Philippines. In December 2025, its entire outstanding share capital was acquired by Aboitiz Renewables, Inc., the renewable energy arm of Aboitiz Power Corporation, as part of the latter’s strategy to expand its renewable portfolio. The company was incorporated in 2022, and its headquarters are located in Pasig City, Philippines.
