The Company provides intermediation services and facilitates the obtaining of the due compensations by the air passengers whose flights have been delayed or canceled. Under European law, compensation of between EUR 250 and EUR 600 is granted to each passenger, if the flight has had an unjustified delay of more than 3 hours, respectively has been canceled. AIR CLAIM offers both intermediation services (facilitates the obtaining of these compensations) in exchange for a success fee, and for the immediate payment of the compensation in exchange for the assignment of the right of claim in favor of AIR CLAIM.
