Founded in 2001, JT Grup Oil S.A. is a leading company in Romania’s fuel distribution market and the developer of the first private petroleum product terminal in the Port of Constanța. Between 2004-2005, it built a bitumen terminal in Medgidia, which was sold shortly after completion, with the proceeds reinvested in expanding its fuel distribution network. In 2008, the company began developing its distribution network, introducing over 250 tanks equipped with pumps and level indicators. As of 2023, JT Grup Oil S.A. has diversified its product range and entered the duty-free diesel segment, supplying commercial vessels in the Midia and Constanța ports.
