JSC "United Trading Company" was established in July 2003 for selling PVC suspension of some Russian producers in order to solve the priority problem to provide domestic processors with raw PVC. By the end of 2003 the company embarked on a liquid caustic soda domestic production in order to organize the system working with surplus production and distribution at reasonable prices of the total soda produced. In the spring of 2006 the company launched a PVC cable plastics, offering producers to join forces to organize the production process of new, modern brand of flexible PVC, popular in the Russian market.
