Mortgage Agency of Republic of Tatarstan was established in 2003 and operates under a three-party-agreement between the Government of Republic of Tatarstan and the federal Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending Russia (HMLA) and the Republican Agency. Mortgage Agency participates in the federal program "Affordable and Comfortable Housing to Russian citizens." Today IART is a balanced system of enterprises in various fields, including the activities of mortgage lending, as well as allowing you to create and lead the development projects of investment and design to construction and operation of constructed facilities in Tatarstan.
