"Titul Publishing" was founded in 1991 and it is the only Russian specialized PH engaged in publishing of textbooks and supplementary books in English for general educational institutions. Titul textbooks are recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for studies in general education institutions and are included into the Federal list of textbooks for 2011/2012 school years.
