Since 1999, Gazprom Drilling OOO is the majority shareholder of Podzemburgaz. The structure of the enterprise consists of two branches - Privolzhskoye Drilling Operations and Specialised Department for the construction of underground storage facilities and drilling. For drilling, recovery, development and repair of wells in various fields, the company operates 14 fixed drilling rigs.
