JSC "Northern Urals Gold" is a regional hub, a center for processing raw materials containing precious metals of any mineralogical composition, and it allows to quickly engage with the ore deposits in the processing, which allows the Sverdlovsk region to produce more precious metals. In production the company uses modern methods of mining and ore processing technology. Gold is extracted in two ways - heap leach, and the method of "coal slurry". Mined deposits include: Vorontsovskoye gold deposit located in the Krasnoturinsk ore region of Sverdlovsk region, 0.5 km west of the village Vorontsovka. Under the terms of the formation of mineralization at the field there are two different geological and industrial-type ores: the primary gold-sulfide ore zones represented by vein-disseminated mineralization, oxidized ores, which are the products of the weathering crust of chemical weathering of primary ores. Method of extraction: open operation (open pit) deposit Degtyarskoye located on the eastern slope of the Middle Urals, in the territory of the municipality "City District Degtyarskoye Sverdlovsk region, 45 km south-west of Yekaterinburg. Experimental-industrial development of the field Degtyarskoye Company "Polymetal" launched in 2009. Works are conducted by exploration UGRP.
