Dallah Healthcare Holding Company is a Saudi shareholding company, incorporated in 1994. The company specialized in the exclusive distribution of medicines, nutritional supplements and cosmetic products in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries and providing health care services in hospitals and medical clinics. The company owns and operates its own Dallah Hospital. Since 2006 Dallah Healthcare has been operating also hospitals owned by other parties such as Al-Khafji Hospital for Joint Operations (owned by Saudi Aramco) and the private Mahayel Hospital. The company invests in other medical centers as well - Makkah medical center, Jordanian Pharmaceuticals Company and Al-Ahsa Medical Services Limited.
