The company is fully licensed to provide recycling services related to electric, electronic and metal waste. The company receives devices and scrap metals through multiple sources either through direct contracting with governmental or private organizations, or by purchasing through auctions or by receiving waste equipment or scrap through individuals. Tadweeer convert the above waste into raw materials with the highest percentage of separation, purity and quality, to be commercialized internationally or locally, based on London Metal Exchange rate for each material. Tadweeer had several services such as the following/ WEEE Recycling/ Product contain metal recycling/ Destruction service/ ELV Recycling / Metal Trading / ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) service/ Tadweeer specialized for All type of WEEE (Waste of Electronic and Electrical Equipment) in addition to ELV (End of life vehicle) and any Material contain metal within all KSA Tadweeer Promote TQM (Total Quality Management) culture and succeed to be accredited for many international standards such as R2 (Responsible Recycling), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Health and safety Management system) and Microsoft Refurbishment. The company already expanded its recycling services in the End of Life Vehicles sector by receiving damaged cars and engines since 2022 AD. Company current production capacity is more than 40000 tons per annum and aims to increase it to 125000 per annum by 2025.

The company was established in 16 April 2015 as first Saudi company specialized in WEEE (Waste of Electronic and Electrical Equipment) The company initially raised its capital in 2020 from 15.000.000 Saudi Riyals to 40.000.000 Saudi Riyals followed by additional capital increase to 58.808.000 Saudi Riyals in 2021 AD. The company has a wide client network from public and private sector and has been approved by SIMS LCS (one of the biggest WEEE recycling companies worldwide) to provide special recycling services to SIMS LCS clients in the kingdom such as: (Huawei, Cisco, Apple, Siemens, Motorola, Bank of America and others). Tadweeer has recently acquired SIMS UAE under the name Safe Information Modern Systems, a company specialized in providing Information Asset Disposition Services (ITAD) as well as refurbish, reuse services. The geographical coverage of the site is Middle East and North Africa region (MENA region).
The company has been listed on Saudi stock exchange on 26 May 2022.
