The shareholders decided on 22 Shawwal 1442H (corresponding to 3 June 2021) to change the legal structure of the Company from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company. Moreover, the shareholders decided on 9 Sha'aban 1442H (corresponding to 22 March 2021) to increase its share capital to SR 30 million by transferring SR 29.5 million from retained earnings
account to the share capital account. The Company completed all legal formalities and updated the company's commercial registration and bylaws
