On 19/09/1444 AH (corresponding to 10/04/2023 AD), the partners decision was issued approving the transformation of The company from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company with its rights and what It has obligations, and increase the capital from one hundred thousand (100,000) Saudi riyals to thirty million SAR 30,000,000
