Dezign Format Group Ltd. (Singapore)

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 15 April 2025 as an exempt private company limited by shares under the name of “Dezign Format Group Pte. Ltd”. On 27 June 2025, the Company was converted into a public company limited by shares. In connection with such conversion, the Company changed its name to “Dezign Format Group Limited”. Dezign Format Group Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) is involved in the business of events, exhibitions and decor services to customers in various industries, including those within the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (“MICE”) industry. Such services include the design and fabrication of custom environments, project management and festive decorations services. Dezogn Format also engage in the provision of interior fi t-out services for commercial properties as well as the development, licensing and commercialisation of immersive location-based entertainment and experiences.
