Ezra Holdings Limited is engaged in offshore contracting and a provider of integrated offshore solutions in offshore oil and gas industry. EZRA offers subsea construction and maintenance, drilling support, towing and mooring, pipe and cable operations, high speed cargo and crew transportation. The company has four business divisions – Subsea Services providing subsea, umbilicals, risers and flowlines installation, subsea inspection, maintenance and repair, well intervention and drilling and decommissioning services; Offshore Support Services provides offshore support vessels for charter to service customers in the offshore oil and gas industry throughout the oil field lifecycle, spanning exploration, construction, production and decommissioning stages using vessels including medium and large-sized anchor handling, towing and supply (“AHTS”) vessels, anchor handling tugs (“AHT”) and fast crew utility vessels; Production (through EOC Limited) provides construction and floating production services using two heavy lift accommodation crane barges, a heavy lift accommodation pipelay vessel and a floating, production, storage and offloading unit; and Marine Services offers offshore and marine support design, engineering, training, repair, fabrication and marine supply services through the company's engineering design center in London, Singapore, Vietnam and fabrication facilities located at Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau.
