Metaoptics Ltd was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 21 March 2025 under the Cayman Islands Companies Act, with limited liability, and operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, MetaOptics Technologies, which was incorporated in Singapore on 15 June 2021. Prior to the Company's incorporation and the completion of the restructuring exercise, all business operations were carried out by MetaOptics Technologies. The Group is principally engaged in the design and manufacturing of advanced metalens technology and related optical products. It specializes in meta-optics components and systems, including metalenses, metalens camera modules, metalens-based IoT devices such as infrared cameras, pico projectors, and colour cameras, as well as metalens manufacturing equipment and proprietary metalens automatic testers for quality assurance. As a vertically integrated metalens designer and manufacturer, the Group offers end-to-end solutions from research and development to final product delivery, enabling it to maintain stringent quality control, drive innovation, and preserve a competitive advantage in the fast-evolving optics industry.
