The Company is a supplier of a wide range of heavy construction equipment for sales and rental in Singapore and the surrounding region.
Most of the heavy construction equipment in its fleet available for sales and rental by its customers comprise of used construction equipment which it has purchased from reliable suppliers whom it has established relationships with over the years in this business, and are located in various geographical locations in the region.
The Company s wide variety of new and used heavy construction equipment for sale and rental by its customers range from: earth-moving equipment such as bulldozers, off-terrain dump trucks, excavators and wheel loaders; material-handling equipment such as crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes, scissor lifts, forklifts, boom-lifts and telescopic handlers; road-building equipment such as motor graders, vibrating compactors, asphalt finishers, skid loaders, backhoe loaders, hand rollers and mini excavators; and generators and compressors, such as air compressors, generators, lighting towers and welding machines.
Complementary to the heavy construction equipment products offered for sale and rental by the Company, it also offer services to its customers, such as servicing and maintenance services for heavy construction equipment, customization of heavy construction equipment to meet specific needs of certain customers, machinery cleaning which meet the standards required for quarantine-free import to Australia and New Zealand for customers based in those regions, provision of qualified crane operators to its customers to operate the cranes and transportation of heavy construction equipment, both within Singapore and cross-border transportation to desired ports.
The Company s customers operate in various industries which range from the infrastructure and building construction industry, including piling and land reclamation, to the mining industry, marine industry and oil and gas industry.

2022 The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 2, 2022.
