The Company operates a unique own-and-lease business model where The Company manufactures, upon its clients' requests, its battery products through OEMs and leases them to its clients. The own-and-lease business model, as compared to sales of battery products, helps The Company s clients save upfront investment and operation capital expenditure. Under such business model, The Company also partners with automakers and OEMs to conduct its leasing business in the regions where its partners operate, to protect itself from capital, operational, and local regulatory risks.

2023 On August 25, 2023, The Company changed its name to noco-noco Inc. .
On August 28, 2023, The Company s Ordinary Shares and Warrants commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbols “NCNC” and “NCNCW,” respectively.
