Slovenia-based pastry products manufacturer Mlinotest d.d. began operations under the name Flucov Mlin in 1804. After the second World War it was renamed to Mlinsko Podjetje Ajdovscina. The company was transformed into a public joint-stock company named Mlinotest d.d. in 1992. In 1995 the company’s privatization was completed and its shares were listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE).
The product range of Mlinotest d.d. comprises pasta, bread and bakeries, flour and milled products, as well as candies.
As of the end of 2010 Mlinotest d.d. had two subsidiaries in Slovenia - Mlinotest Kruh Koper d.o.o. and Pecivo d.d., Nova Gorica, as well as two subsidiaries in Croatia – Mlinotest Trgovina d.o.o., Umag, and Zitoproizvod d.d., Karlovac and one subsidiary in Serbia - Mlinotest-S d.o.o. Ruma.
