Slovenia-based Niko d.o.o. is a manufacturer of small metal articles established in 1946. The company’s products are used in the upholstery and wood industries, the building and machine industries as well as in the office sector.
Niko d.o.o. exports more than 90% of its products, with over half of the exports going to Germany.
The company’s products are also sold in Switzerland, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, Belgium, Croatia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and Chile.
Niko d.o.o. became a joint-stock company listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) in 1996, but its shares were delisted in January, 2009.
As July 6, 2011 Niko d.o.o. is a full member of Austria-based Ring International Holding AG.
