Slovenia-based Terme Catez d.d. was established in 1964 as a resort operating company. It is present in Catez and Mokrice, in the southeastern part of the country, and in Koper, on the Slovenian coast. The company operates six hotels with nearly 1,500 beds, a campsite for 490 tents and vans, and a camping village with 430 apartments. Terme Catez d.d. offers accomodation, gastronomy, health and wellness services, sports and recreation, casino and marina services. Terme Catez d.d. began trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on June 7, 1993, becoming the first tourism industry company listed on the LJSE. Terme Catez d.d. has four affiliated companies and its biggest shareholder is DZS d.d.
