Agrostav Senica was established on 17 January 1969. In 1992, this company transformed into joint-stock company. In the spring of 1996, the management decided to invest in a company, which represents about 70 % shares. The scope of work includes land, water, civil engineering, road construction and reconstruction, the full range of ground works, metal construction, building trades, and the amelioration.
