ITV PCL operates as a broadcasting station under the Operating Agreement using the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) system. Prior to March 8, 2007 the Company activities covered operations of television stations, management of the Station's airtime slots, program production and acquisition, sales of advertising airtime and rental of station airtime. From March 8, 2007 onward, the PMO ordered the Public Relations Department (PRD) to take over the assets that ITV uses in operating the UHF system broadcasting business, and resume the new role in the broadcasting operation of the captured assets. Since then the station has been broadcasting under the name of 'TITV Station'. The company was established in 1995 and is based in Bangkok.
