The Company operates to invest in other companies as a Holding Company. At present, the Company has 6 subsidiaries. The subsidiaries have operated their business since 1995 up till now. In accordance with the same kinds of businesses of the Group in the past, the Company has restructured its group's businesses into 4 categories based on type of media as follows:
1. Media TV : operated by TV Forum Co., Ltd.
Business: - Sport program production:
England's Premier League and German's Bundesliga and other sports
- Designed marketing plan and advertising campaign: Program 'Newsline' , 'Thailand Today' , 'Sermpanya with Dr. Wib', 'Krongsatanakarn', and 'Channel 9 Economic News'.
2. Media Radio: operated by Traffic Corner Radio Co., Ltd.
Business: - Radio program production: program 'Music Wave' on FM 94.0 MHz,
- Designed marketing plan and advertising campaign and organized various activities from radio programs: SOFT 107 FM' on FM 107.0 MHz, 'Luktung FM' on FM95.0 MHz.
3. Marketing Activities and Copy Rights Managing:
operated by Live Project Co., Ltd. and Dream Media Co., Ltd.
Live Project Co., Ltd. - Organized concert and
Business :- event marketing for both domestic and oversea artists for government and private sector.
Dream Media Co., Ltd. - Copy rights business
Business :- managing and organizing the concerts which were produced by the Group's business such as organizing the concerts for both oversea and domestic artists, the copy rights business for conducting the activities can be used as cassettes, CDs, VCD.
4. New Media : operated by Bliss Entertainment Co., Ltd. and 108 1900 Audiotext Co., Ltd.

Business Entertainment provider of both voice and non-voice for network provider on local telephone and internet website.

-Business Provide voice information (Audiotext) through telephone.
-Granted concession from TOT to be a Network Provider for 15 years with the telephone no. 1900-444-200 to 1900-444-599 at the total numbers of 400 numbers.
