The Company. was established in 2011 under the umbrella of Artas Holding, which has been operating in the real estate, retail, tourism and industry sectors for more than 46 years, and transformed into a real estate investment trust within the framework of the permission of the Capital Markets Board dated October 16, 2023 and numbered E-12233903-340.02-43605.
The Company acquired the status of a public joint stock company with registered capital in the nature of a capital market institution established to issue shares in order to operate a portfolio consisting of real estates, real estate projects, real estate based rights, capital market instruments and other assets and rights to be determined by the Capital Markets Board and may engage in other activities permitted by the capital markets legislation.
Following the public offering,The Company. started to be traded on the Borsa Istanbul Stars Market on December 21, 2023 under the code AVPGY. The Company, which has one of the most valuable portfolios of our country with its shopping centers, residences and other real estates, operates with an occupancy rate close to 100 in the valuable and prestigious properties it owns.
With its strong financial structure, The Companyis committed in its articles of association to distribute at least 50 of its net distributable dividend in the annual financial statements prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force as dividends.The Company aims to increase the amount of dividends it will pay to its investors with its portfolio that is growing day by day.
