Iron foundry has been established in 1973 by Koc holding under the name of Doktas Dokumculuk Tic. ve San .A.S. The company has been acquired by the Finnish company named Componenta Cooperation in 2006. The shares of the company has been transferred to SPV company, Doktas Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S, as of 29.09.2017.
