USAS Yatrimlar Holding (previous name name Ucak Servisi A.S.) was established in 1958 as part of Turkish Airlines with main activity to provide catering services to Turkish Airlines and other airlines. Till 1989 it was state owned. Since 2012 the company is part of Isiklar Holding group and expanded Its fields of activity. The shares of the company are traded on Istanbul Stock exchange since 1993.
