Amigo Technology Inc. was founded in 1992, producing data machines and other communications products. In 2000, it set up U.S. subsidiary AMIGOCOMMUNICATIONINC. 100 percent shareholding. In 2001 it obtained ISO9001 quality certification. In 2002, it was registered on Emerging stock market and established Dutch subsidiary AMIGOCOMMUNICATIONB.V. 100 percent shareholding. In 2003 its stock went listed in OTC market. Its plans on new products include Cable (CABLEMODEM), Wireless LAN (WIRELESSLAN) and ADSL bridge (ADSLBRIDGE).
