The company was formally established in January 1992. In August 1995, Ministry of Economic Affairs approved of “gate-voltage power integrated circuits produce and selection system and method "patent application (Patent No. 073 893). In October 1998 Ministry of Economic Affairs approved of “the thermal protection device and method according to independent control over the current state-output integrated circuit as much as the opening and closing" patent application (Patent No. 073 893). In February 2000 it obtained ISO-9001 quality certification and quality certificate (IQ-Net). In June Securities & Futures Commission Ministry of Finance approved public offering of stock. In December 2002 the company's shares were registered as emerging stocks. In May 2003, South Korea office was established. In October Ministry of Finance approved the Company's OTC listing application.
